Enhanced Login Security FAQs
Q: Why does First Federal Bank use Enhanced Login Security?
A: Protecting customer privacy and data is a priority at First Federal. Enhanced Login
Security provides an additional level of account security and protects your account from
unauthorized access.
Q: What is Enhanced Login Security?
A: Enhanced Login Security places a secure cookie on your computer. This secure cookie is
unique, and when used in combination with your User ID and Password, creates a secure way to
identify you to the system.
Q: How does Enhanced Login Work?
A: You enroll each computer on which you plan to conduct Online Banking activities. You will
be required to select a challenge question and answer. Whenever you log in from a computer
with a matching cookie on the hard drive, only the user ID and password are needed to gain
access to your accounts.
Q: What if I am on a computer that I have not enrolled?
A: You will receive a message that this computer is not an enrolled computer, and will be
required to answer a challenge question.
Q: What are the challenge questions?
A: What is your favorite restaurant?
Who is your favorite band?
What is your favorite movie?
What is your favorite song?
What is your favorite drink?
What is your favorite food?
Where is your favorite place?
What is your favorite past-time?
Who is your favorite person?
What is your favorite book?
Who is your favorite actor?
Who is your favorite athlete?
Q: How many challenge questions must I answer?
A: You must answer one challenge question from the list provided.
