If you have forgotten your password or gotten locked out of your Online Banking Account, click here to reset your password online in three easy steps.

If you prefer, you may call the Account Information Center (AIC) Toll Free at 866-AIC-FFBH (870.365.8329 Harrison area). The AIC is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday, 8am-12pm.

If you need to send account numbers or other sensitive information to the AIC, you may contact us via the Inquiry Form or the Secure Message Center.
