Our Account Information Center (AIC) is your live, direct link to First Federal Bank. The AIC is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday, 8am-12pm. AIC Representatives are ready to help you:
- Check account balances.
- Transfer money between accounts.
- Reorder checks.
- Verify checks have cleared.
- Check current rates.
- Get a copy of a paid check or recent statement.
- Answer general account service questions.
- Answer any other questions you may have.
You may also contact the AIC via our Inquiry Form or the Secure Message Center if you need to reference account numbers or other sensitive information. For other inquiries, you may e-mail aic@ffbh.com. Regular e-mail is not secure and should only be used for general inquiries.

Secure Message Center
First Federal Bank's Secure Message Center provides a web-based, secure method for you to correspond exclusively with Bank Team Members. The service offers full email and attachment encryption for safely communicating sensitive information to a particular Team Member. Simply supply your e-mail address and create a password, and then compose a message. Once you create your message and hit send, the First Federal Team Member will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to access the secure message. Since the message is encrypted, the recipient will need to authenticate their credentials to access.
