Q: How do I register for eStatements?
A: Login to your Online Banking account, then select the ‘E-Statements’ button. Select the account you wish to setup with eStatements from the drop-down list. Click the ‘Enter’ button. A pop-up window will appear, and you will be prompted to accept Online Statements Services Agreement. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click ‘Accept’, and then click the ‘Next Step’ button. Enter your email address and click the ‘Next Step’ button. Confirm your information on the third screen, then click ‘Accept’.
After you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive an activation email from First Federal, and will receive an email each month when your statement is ready.
Each account must be enrolled separately to receive eStatements. You must accept or decline the Online Statements Services Agreement and provide an email address for each account.
Customers receiving eStatements will no longer receive paper statements.
Q: How long after I register will I have to wait to view my eStatements?
A: Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to immediately access any available statements. (New customers will be able to access once their first statement has been generated.) You will receive an email each month when your statement is ready.

(Note: All checking and savings accounts that are shown in Online Banking will appear in the drop-down list.) You can then choose the date of the statement you wish to view in the drop-down box.
Q: How long does it take to post statements to the eStatement web site?
A: About three days after the cycle date.
Q: How many eStatements are available?
A: You will be able to access up to the last 12 months of eStatements.
Q: How do I view and print my statement?
A: Login to your Online Banking account, then select the ‘E-Statements’ button. Choose the account you wish to view from the drop-down box, then click the ‘Enter’ button. Click the ‘PDF’ button. You may print or save for your files.
Q: How do I print check images?
A: Select the ‘PDF’ button. Check images appear at the bottom of the statement.
Q: What does the ‘PNG’ button do on the eStatements pop-up window?
A: The ‘PNG’ button displays a quick view in picture form of individual pages of the statement. View different pages by clicking the arrow buttons on the top left-hand side. Print or save by right clicking on the page. (Note: it will only print or save the particular page that is shown.)
Q: How do I revert back to a paper statement?
A: Select the ‘User Settings’ button. The Online Statements Services Agreement will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click ‘Decline’, and then click the ‘Next Step’ button. Click the ‘Next Step’ button on the second screen. The status will say ‘DECLINED’. Click ‘Accept’. You will begin receiving paper statements in the mail.
